The annual general meeting of the Northwest Territories Floatplane Association was held on May 28, 2016. The director positions of Treasurer, Secretary and Member-at-Large were due for election. The incumbent of each of these positions was acclaimed for a further two-year term. The 2016/2017 directors are therefore as follows:
- President - Hal Logsdon
- Vice-President - Spencer Decorby
- Treasurer - Jeff Anderson
- Secretary - Cynthia Levy
- Member-at-Large - Kevin Brezinski
