registration for yellowknife bush pilot fly-inRegistration for the 2025 Yellowknife Bush Pilot Fly-In is now open! The Northwest Territories Flying Association (NWTFA) and Ahmic Air look forward to welcoming visiting pilots and crew/passengers to this exciting new event in July. Advance online registration is required to enable NWTFA to accurately plan for aircraft parking and catering. Registration will therefore close when capacity is reached or on June 30, 2025.
As Yellowknife is a busy tourism destination in summer months, and the Fly-In coincides with other local events, NWTFA recommends that registrants reserve accommodations and rental vehicles as soon as possible. Registration/Ticket Options
The Yellowknife Bush Pilot Fly-In offers registration as pilot, crew/passenger, or non-flying participant. All persons planning to attend must register online in advance. Aircraft and flight planning details are required with pilot registration. Registrations include aircraft parking and the right to participate in all Fly-In events. Registrations include membership in NWTFA for the remainder of the 2025 membership year. Tickets to the Saturday evening dockside bbq dinner are available to guests of registered participants, members of NWTFA and local aviation enthusiasts. Dinner tickets include a 1-day membership in NWTFA and permit admission only to the evening bbq. Cancellation/Refund Policy
The Yellowknife Bush Pilot Fly-In operates on a cost-recovery basis. Registrations and dinner tickets may cancelled with 100% refund until June 30, 2025 and with 50% refund from July 1, 2025 through July 13, 2025 inclusive. Requests for cancellation/refund cannot be entered online and should be directed to NWTFA by email at [email protected]. Any registrant who withdraws on July 14, 2025 or later, or who fails to attend the event, will not be entitled to any refund regardless of the reason. For further clarity, the risk of medical or mechanical problems arising after that date or of inclement weather preventing arrival in Yellowknife is borne by the registrant. In the unlikely event that the Fly-In is cancelled by NWTFA, all registration fees and dinner ticket purchases will be fully refunded. Dietary Restrictions
Participants with dietary restrictions are invited to provide details on their registration form. NWTFA will then reach out by email to assess whether the restrictions can be accommodated. |
