| The latest addition to the Places to Fly section of the website is the Waldron River. This Great Slave Lake destination is situate on the north shore of McLeod Bay. Although the site is rather exposed to wind from the south, a sandy beach provides satisfactory parking for several floatplanes. Both the shoreline of the lake and the river provide good opportunities for fishing. |  |
