| Several members of the NWTFA took a day trip to Winter Lake and Greenstocking Lake in August 2016. Despite reduced visibility enroute and chilly weather north of the tree line, we had a pleasant flight and enjoyed short hikes on the eskers in both locations. We've now added Winter Lake to our "Places to Fly" page and hope to add Greenstocking Lake soon. Either of these lakes would make a great destination for an NWTFA fly-out next summer. |  |
